the data is relentless, the users know more than you, and aesthetic taste alone won't save you. A decade-plus in B2B has taken me through UX research, end-to-end product design, and technical product management, always inside products where the stakes are real and the margin for vagueness is zero.
I don't simplify complexity — I make it navigable. That's a different skill, and not everyone has it.
